Randy Phillips

Owner

I was born in Globe, AZ  and grew up hunting and fishing with my Dad and family. I don’t fish very often any more, but I do hunt every chance I get. We opened Archery Headquarters  in 1989.  I have served on the board of the Archery Trade Association for about  dozen  years. I am on the Arizona Bowhunters Association board as the Game & Fish liaison. I have a passion for Bowhunting and try to give something back to the sport when ever possible.

George Sensabough

Manager

Has worked for Archery HQ since 1995.  George’s family has a history in archery, his Dad was ranked 11th in the nation for archery back in the seventies, so he was born into archery. George started shooting archery at the age of 6 and has been bowhunting since he was 12. George has a wide base of target archery and Bowhunting that makes him a valuable asset to our customers.

Rich  Findley

Rick has worked for Archery HQ since 2009. He grew up in northern Michigan and has been involved in archery since he was 9. He is also a very experienced backpacker and has guided elk hunters in Colorado. He really enjoys backcountry bowhunting as well as all aspects of the sport

Jarrid McCutcheon

Jarrid has worked for Archery HQ since 2009. Jarrid grew up in rural Minnesota hunting and fishing. He started shooting a bow at the age of 12 and has been a bow hunter ever since. He harvested his first deer with archery equipment at the age of 13. He is still learning the ins and outs of spot and stalk hunting in Arizona but enjoys every minute spent in the field.
